Group meets every Friday at 9 am Pacific. You can listen in from work, and do not need to have your camera on.
Group Participation Guidelines
I’m inviting you to fully participate in this group with the intention of making real, lasting change. I will help support and keep you accountable as we implement these daily habits together. You do not have to be present every group.
What to Expect
– Daily Tools for Transformation:
We will be using and discussing the following tools each day:
4 pillars
– 12-Step principles
– Emotional Scan Chart
– Wolfie’s Wish Grieving Affirmation Cards
– Daily Journal Entries
– Meeting Format:
We’ll begin each session with “What’s New and Good” to reframe negative thinking and promote a positive mindset.
Sessions end promptly at 9:45 AM. If you need to leave early, please note it in the chat.
You may occasionally be interrupted, as this is a guided and interactive space.
Participation Expectations
– This is an active participation group. It is not a space for passive listening, venting, or avoidance.
– You must be willing to:
– Practice the methods consistently after the group to make new habits
– Take and implement suggestions
– Commit to healing, joy, and a full life
If you feel overwhelmed by too many other programs or are not ready to actively engage, this may not be the right group for you.
Accountability and Integrity
– This group is built on honesty, openness, and a shared commitment to growth.
I come from a place of love, support, and serious dedication to your healing. I promise that if you commit to these practices, you will see results.
